Academic Education & Engagement

Education has always been more than instruction for me — it is a dialogue between lived experience and structured knowledge. I engage with academic institutions and executive programs not only to teach, but to contribute meaningfully to the growth of reflective, forward-thinking leaders.

My work spans various touchpoints within the academic and business education ecosystem. I serve as a guest speaker, adjunct lecturer, and executive program contributor, often invited to bring real-world strategic and leadership insights into MBA, EMBA, and professional education settings. My focus is not on theory for theory’s sake — but on translating complexity into frameworks that decision-makers and future leaders can apply with confidence. I typically teach and speak in areas such as entrepreneurship, strategic management, leadership structure, organizational design, navigating change under uncertainty, and **virtual team leadership and management** — always grounded in real-world application.

I also provide advisory and consulting support for MBA and doctoral candidates, helping them refine the structure and thinking behind their theses and applied research. This includes clarifying their line of inquiry, sharpening the relevance of their topics, and ensuring they connect research rigor with practical insight. Whether it’s a capstone project or a doctoral defense, I work to elevate both the clarity and impact of their work.

Beyond the classroom, I design and deliver executive workshops for organizations and universities — typically focused on leadership structure, strategic thinking, and systems mindset. These are not pre-packaged keynotes; they are crafted around the lived challenges and cultural dynamics of the audience, ensuring relevance and resonance.

I approach every academic engagement with humility and precision — understanding that institutions are not looking for performers, but for partners who care about learning as a shared responsibility. This is where I believe I add value: at the intersection of insight, structure, and presence.

If you are building a program, designing a course, or guiding a cohort — and you value experience that integrates business complexity with educational clarity — I welcome a conversation.
